Description
Kids with ADHD hear a lot about what is hard. This pack is for the other half of the story: the strengths that already live in the same kid. It is for parents who want a Friday conversation that is not a lecture, teachers who want a morning meeting that names what is going well, and kids who are tired of being the one who "needs another reminder." Counselors can pull a card in session, too. Nobody in the room has to play the villain. Everyone is doing their best with a loud week.
The job this pack does is give a child language they can hold. Creativity, energy, curiosity, resilience, compassion, and problem-solving are not consolation prizes. They are real traits. When a kid can point to a card and say "that's me," the afternoon starts to feel less like a report card and more like a huddle. The pack is a confidence tool, not a behavior chart with nicer colors.
What's inside
You get 26 ADHD Superpower Cards that celebrate strengths like creativity, resilience, curiosity, energy, and problem-solving. There are discussion and reflection prompts for self-awareness, plus calming strategies, emotion check-ins, and encouraging reminders for ordinary snags. Motivational posters go on a fridge, a bedroom door, or a classroom wall. Instant PDF download. Print what you need at home or at school. Nothing ships.
How to use it this week
Pick one card. Tape it where the backpack lands. At dinner, ask where that strength showed up today, even if homework was messy. A teacher can use one card as a share prompt instead of starting with what went unfinished. After a hard homework hour, try an emotion check-in so the evening can end on something true and kind. If a card does not land, swap it. The kid is the expert on which strength feels honest.
