Refund policy
1. General Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital goods, we do not accept returns, issue exchanges, or provide refunds once a transaction is completed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Exceptions
While all sales are final, we do offer exceptions for the following situations:
- Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally place multiple orders for the same item, we can exchange it for another item of the same value.
- Incorrect Orders: If we accidentally sent you an incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct item at no additional cost.
If the above applies to you, please contact us at support@adhdready.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or store credit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@adhdready.com.
